- -Because all pieces are hand-made to order, please allow up 2-3 weeks for your order to be made. Your package will THEN be shipped via the method you select at checkout.
- -We ship via UPS for all domestic orders within the Continental U.S. (not Hawaii and Alaska, they will ship via USPS Priority International Mail).
-If you enter a valid email address when placing your order, you will be emailed tracking information for your package from once your order has shipped.
-We do not offer Saturday delivery.
-UPS does not deliver P.O. Boxes; a physical address and phone number are required for all orders.
-Shipping and handling charges within the continental U.S. are as follows: $10 via UPS Ground. If you require an expedited method of shipping, we offer UPS 3day shipping for $15.
- -$20 flat rate for shipping/handling via USPS Priority International.
-Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Sylas by Nashelle has no control whether your parcel will be subject to additional duties.
-Your package will be marked “Gift”, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

- -Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make those requests in writing to info@nashelle.com.
- - Due to the handmade nature of your jewelry, we cannot offer refunds. Your order is made especially for you and we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do, if you find that is not quite what you were looking for, we will gladly exchange for something on our site of equal value within 10 days of your UPS shipping receipt.
-Sylas by Nashelle jewelry is covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY; ONLY if a product is determined within 14 days of receipt to be damaged or defective, a return authorization will be granted at which point Sylas by Nashelle will repair or replace the defective item at no cost.
-Return package must be prepaid, properly packed for shipping, and clearly marked (including Return Authorization number) obtained through a prior RA request through info@nashelle.com.
- -All pieces are made in either 18k gold vermeil over Sterling Silver, Sterling Silver, or 24kt solid gold. All gemstones are natural and handcut, and will have variations in both color, shape and size. Please allow for variations in your jewelry.
- We hope that these jewelry care tips and suggestions will help prolong the life of all of your jewelry. Prevention is the best care.
-Avoid getting lotions, oils, fragrances or hairspray on your jewelry. If you use these products, apply them and let them dry before putting on your jewelry.
- Always remove jewelry before going into water, exercising, or going to sleep. It is best to store all of you jewelry in a jewelry container. Even air can oxidize your jewelry.
-Do not use liquid jewelry cleaners or soap and water. Jewelry polishing cloth is best to help restore its original look.
Our vermeil jewelry is 18k gold plate over silver. The quality of our plating is amazing but no plated products are meant to last forever! By properly caring for your vermeil jewelry you will extend their wear-ability indefinitely.
